“Whitewash” in Conversation: Kanya Charoensupkul Meets Art Enthusiasts

On June 26, 2024, MATDOT Art Center was abuzz with excitement as art lovers and enthusiasts gathered to view the ongoing exhibition, “Whitewash,” at Matdot Gallery. The highlight of the event was a lively discussion with the artist herself, Kanya Charoensupkul, who engaged the audience in an in-depth conversation about her artwork and creative process.

The gathering included many notable figures from the Thai art scene. Among the distinguished guests were Atinuj Tantivit, renowned artist and founder of ATTA Gallery; Piriya Wachajitphan, art writer, collector, and co-founder of The Art Auction Center; and Asst. Prof. Chusak Srikwan, lecturer at the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture, and Graphic Arts at Silpakorn University. The event also saw the presence of several art students eager to learn from the esteemed guests and the artist.
