Monster Ink

By using his skills in Thai traditional painting and interest in the drawing of Thai cartoonist, Alongkorn Lauwatthana recreated these fascinating monsters in his own style. This collection of paintings is intended to express his identity as well as reflect the conceptual aspects of today’s controversial issues. For example, the genetic engineering of living things that has become ever more prevalent nowadays. The question is, “Is it possible for advanced technology to make these imaginary creatures come to life?”
