Design – All-black metal, wood and glass—every building material was precisely chosen to match the industrial style of this half-decade old architecture. The result is a unique visual combination of old and new sense of place yet comfortable enough to the resident.

Art – The intrinsic aesthetic of art can be perceived only where the simplest form of interior design is found. Our art-experts have integrated some of the great pieces of art—created by renowned Thai contemporary artists—right into each individual room. From a realistic sculpture to an abstract painting, we set up a compact gallery right inside where you sleep!

Vibe – Generally, art residency is considered as a privilege available just for artist. At MATDOT, we strive to make thing a little bit different. By offering an accommodation to any aesthetes, we revolutionized the institutional aspect of traditional art organization, and established a new definition of art center.
